The standout areas within each region — ranked by the share of venues that are verified coeliac-safe, then by how many have a real gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan menu. A good way to find the pockets of a city worth heading to.

Within each region, suburbs are ranked by verified coeliac-safe coverage (coeliac-certified, separate-prep, or generally compatible, confirmed through our verification process). The GF, DF, and vegan columns count venues whose menu has at least 5 matching food items — including "on request" options (GFO/DFO), excluding drinks. Only suburbs with at least 5 venues on record are shown, up to the top 8 per region.
