Regional dietary coverage

Ranked by the share of venues in each region that are verified coeliac-safe — not the raw count, which would just reflect how many venues a region has overall. A smaller region with a high coverage rate can outrank a much bigger one here.

"Verified coeliac-safe" means coeliac-certified, separate-prep, or generally compatible, confirmed through our verification process (not a self-reported or community-submitted claim alone). The GF, DF, and vegan columns count venues whose menu has at least 5 matching food items — including "on request" options (GFO/DFO), excluding drinks — so a cafe where only the coffees are gluten-free doesn't count. Includes regions with at least 10 venues on record.
