Food courts & precincts by dietary options

Which food courts and food precincts have the most tenants offering gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian or vegan dishes. It counts tenants, not dishes, so one large menu can't lift a court — and every row shows how many of its tenants we have a menu for, so a court with thin coverage reads as exactly that. A menu-derived measure, not independently verified.

A tenant counts once if at least one of its dishes is flagged for the diet (gluten-free or gluten-free on request, dairy-free or on request, vegetarian, or strictly vegan), with drinks excluded. A chain tenant counts through its shared brand menu. Tenants that are closed are left out. Courts need at least 3 open tenants, 2 or more of them with a menu on record. Ties are broken by the share of known tenants offering the diet, then by name. The “verified” column is how many of the offering tenants are themselves verified listings. See the venue ranking for dish counts per venue.
