Counts venues carrying each cuisine tag, ranked within each region (top 8; regions with at least 10 venues). A venue can carry more than one cuisine, so counts overlap. Cuisine is a classification derived from a venue's signals and menu, not every venue is tagged. For the finer view, see popular cuisines by suburb.
